Sheena Yen Si holds a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic. Her approach combines hands-on chiropractic care with a strong focus on movement, functional health and supporting patients to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.
With extensive experience treating athletes from a wide range of sporting backgrounds, Sheena has a particular interest in sports injuries, functional strength and helping people return to the activities they enjoy. She is an ultramarathon runner, a plant-based athlete and a British Athletics Leader in Running Fitness (LiRF), giving her a personal understanding of the physical demands of training, performance and recovery. She also has a passion for functional nutrition and the role it can play in supporting health and physical performance.
Sheena is qualified in acupuncture and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. Her understanding of the relationship between physical and psychological health is particularly valuable when supporting patients experiencing persistent or longstanding pain.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Sheena’s work is seeing patients regain confidence in their bodies and return to their optimal level of activity and performance. She is a full member of the Royal College of Chiropractors and a registered PRT trainer.
James holds a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic from the AECC, alongside a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology. He is also qualified to use acupuncture as part of the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
James particularly enjoys helping patients with chronic or longstanding complaints, especially those who may have come to accept pain and reduced mobility as part of everyday life. He finds it extremely rewarding to help patients better understand their condition, regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities that matter to them.
His postgraduate training includes the management of chronic pain, whiplash-associated injuries, osteoarthritis and persistent pain conditions such as fibromyalgia. He also has a particular interest in acute injuries following road traffic collisions and chronic lower back pain.
Seeing his patients progress towards improved function and return to their optimal level of performance is one of the most rewarding aspects of his work. Outside the clinic, James is a keen golfer.
Dani holds a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic from the University of South Wales (WIOC). She is passionate about helping people manage pain, improve their movement and return to the activities that matter to them. Her patient-centred approach combines hands-on treatment with rehabilitation and practical advice, helping patients understand their symptoms and feel more confident managing them.
Dani treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including neck and back pain, joint and muscular complaints, injuries and nerve-related symptoms. Depending on the individual, treatment may include spinal and peripheral joint mobilisation or manipulation, soft tissue and muscle energy techniques and exercise rehabilitation.
Alongside chiropractic, Dani is qualified in acupuncture and sports massage. She incorporates these skills into chiropractic care where appropriate and also provides dedicated massage treatments to help reduce muscle tension, support recovery and maintain physical health.
Outside the clinic, Dani enjoys strength training, swimming with WDSC and playing badminton. Her own involvement in sport and exercise has strengthened her interest in helping others enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle.
Aaron graduated from the University Of Bedfordshire with a degree of Bachelor of Sciences with Honours in Sports Therapy Bsc (Hons) (2015) he is also qualified as a Gym instructor (REPs Level 2).
Aaron specialises in Advanced Sports massage techniques, deep tissue massage, physical therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy and has years of experience working with sports teams.
He has previously worked within an injury clinic providing assessments, treatments and advice and aftercare to individuals ranging from the general public to sports athletes and has also worked at Wycombe Wanderers football club providing sports massage and therapy to the players.
He has suffered personally from a shoulder and hamstring injury due to sport and training which has given him first hand experience of the rehabilitation process, giving him the knowledge to understand the patience and care you will need to get you back to your optimum self.
Nina has experience of working in different multidisciplinary health care settings including adult social care in the NHS, GP surgeries and mental health. Her
experience of supporting patients with long term health conditions has given her
insight into the value of early intervention therapies, particularly in relation to
pain management.
Nina’s passion in supporting those in pain, led to her training
in Clinical Reflexology at the Reflexology Academy, London in 2016 and as a
Sports Massage Therapist graduating in 2017.
After graduating, Nina gained experience volunteering for the Positive Health
Club, Hillingdon and running a pain clinic at a mental health day centre in
Harrow. She then went in to work at a busy sports club providing sports massage
to athletes from different sports including triathletes and skiers. She specialises
in Sports massage techniques, deep tissue massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and
Dry Cupping therapy.
