Sheena Yen Si - Chiropractor

 

Sheena Yen Si graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic. Sheena’s approach to Chiropractic care combines a strong belief in the value of achieving early spinal and functional health with promoting physical and nutritional well-being. She is a very keen advocate of chiropractic; having received chiropractic care from a very early age. She has had first hand experience from several injuries sustained from many years of Tae-Kwon-Do.

 

Sheena is supremely placed to understand and treat sporting injuries and finds seeing her athletic patients return to their optimal performance one of the most rewarding aspects of her professional work.

 

Sheena is also qualified in Acupuncture and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, which she sees as an invaluable tool for understanding and helping those suffering from long-term chronic pain.

 

Sheena is a Full Member of the Royal College of Chiropractors & a Registered PRT Trainer.

James J Molony - Chiropractor

James Molony graduated from the AECC with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic. James is qualified to use acupuncture needles for treating musculoskeletal complaints, he also has a previous Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.

 

James finds the most rewarding part of his job, is successfully treating those patients with chronic / long standing complaints that they have often been accepted as part of their life and tried chiropractic as a last resort.

 

James has received post-graduate training in the treatment of chronic pain, whiplash injuries, osteoarthritis and chronic pain syndromes such as fybromyalgia.

 

James is very well placed to understand and treat acute road collision trauma and chronic low back pain. Seeing his patients return to optimal performance is one of the most rewarding aspects of his professional work.

Jaspreet Panesar - Chiropractor

Jaspreet Panesar graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth with a Masters degree in Chiropractic (MChiro).

Through continuing further study and her interest in biomechanics she has obtained postgraduate certification as an extremity practitioner (CCEP) by the Council on Extremity Adjusting.

 

Jaspreet is passionate about treating the individual, finding out the root cause of her patient’s symptoms and working with them to get the body functioning at its optimum. She strives to get her patients to understand their body, providing them with the tools necessary, for them to build upon the work she does to prevent injury and stay at their best. She feels people from all walks of life and of any age can benefit from chiropractic care, using various techniques to treat her patients.

Jacqui Magill - Soft Tissue Treatment Therapist

Jacqui has a first class degree in Sport & Exercise Science with Psychology (2002) and has extended her knowledge with further training in Sports Injuries & Rehabilitation and Sports Soft Tissue Treatment Therapy. With over 10 years’ experience, Jacqui specialises in soft tissue functionality and restoration, joint mobilisation, physical therapy, performance and has extensive experience working within sports.

 

She has previously worked within a sports clinics providing individuals and teams (Tennis players, Marathon runners, Triathletes, Cyclists, Swimmers, Golf, Rugby, Football players) with guidance, support, and education through a specific rehabilitation programme, targeting specific goals tailored to the requirements of the individual.

 

She has notably worked at the prestigious Roehampton Club, The Henley Regatta, pre Wimbledon tournaments, Auckland Rugby club in New Zealand and was part of the Medical Team at the London 2012 Olympics working with Team GB and a variety of Olympic athletes for the entire duration of the Games, and was further asked and continued to the join the team at the London Paralympics 2012.

 

She is passionate about enhancing performance and achieving the best out of participants by providing the tools to empower each individual.

Laura Clegg - Therapeutic & Holistic Massage Therapist

Laura graduated in 2000 with multiple Diploma’s from the International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies in Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Indian Head Massage. She is also certificated in Advanced Aromatherapy Techniques.

 

For over 20 years Laura has been and is still very passionate about her work in alternative holistic health practices, the goodness of organic compounds, the healing benefits of the plant world and natural health.

Plants as medicine have been used for thousands of years to bring the mind, body and spirit back into harmony through the healing power of touch which Laura encompasses within her treatments.

 

She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and is on the accredited register for the Professional Standards Authority.

Genovieve Feasey - Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist

Genovieve (The Choice To Change) is a BACP Registered Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist.

 

She is a mother, friend and therapist. Genovieve assists people to overcome life’s challenges and difficulties.

 

Genovieve uses intergrated psychotherapy and hypnotherapy and a cobination of effective therapies including: Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EMDR Trauma Therapy, TFT, NLP, and The Bowen Technique. Fundamentally, her work is inspired by her own journey through parenting, divorce, bereavement, trauma, career transformation and re-invention.

 

Genovieve’s approach is flexible, adaptable and affordable to each individual. She is passonate about working with people; Working together with them in a supportive and non-judgmental environment ensuring that you receive the utmost care and professional attention with total confidentiality.
